Cosplay Competition as team building activity

We tried something fresh to build our team bounding at My Khe Beach across the Canvas Hotel in Vietnam during our Company Outing. The activity we choose was Cosplay Competition!

Cosplay Competition Rule

All of PSI members were divided into 3 teams and each teams should create a Cosplay Outfit in 35 minutes using available medias provided by Committee. Because this is a competition, every team should let out their creativity and aim for winning the game. As for the winner’s score, it will be determined by three criteria, which were Teamwork, Creativity, and Catwalk.

Outfit Creation Phase

It was all fun during the cosplay outfit creation because we can see how every team gets creative and competitive at the same time with a limited time span. This activity surely has positive impacts to all PSI members, because they can get to know to each other personally in a fun way. And the most important thing is everyone was happy, they were laughing and enjoying the activity! This competition surely will be a great memory for all of us.

On the other hand, the Committee was also invested in the competition, they ensured the activity was running smoothly, provided every material for the cosplay outfit creation and even prepared some properties to build the runway for the final round of the activity. Thanks to the committee for bringing up this creative idea!

The Cosplay Competition started once every team are completed with cosplay outfit creation phase and they should have their representative models to walk down the runway and showcase their handmade cosplay outfit.

Both the teams and the models were confidence and proud with their creation. As we can see, all of them did a great job.

Cosplay Competition Winner Announcement

Finally, this activity has come to and end. Considering how creative and invested everyone in this Cosplay Competition, it was pretty hard for Committee to decide the winner. After some time, the Committee proudly announced that the winner is Ci Mei-Mei from Team 2!

Last but not least, the winner will receive IDR 600.000 as the prize for winning the Cosplay Competition. Congratulations to Ci Mei-Mei and Team 2!
