Prime Services International (PSI) was founded in Batam in 2007. It operates primarily in Batam and Jakarta, providing tax and business advisory services. The services cover investment (primarily inbound), tax advisory including statutory compliance, advisory as well as dispute resolution, customs advisory, accounting and financial advisory services.

PSI was primarily founded by three partners who have accumulated a wealth of experiences serving primarily multinational companies, as well as domestic companies; certain government agencies and State-Owned Enterprises. Both have served companies in Batam since 1990.

The company strives to provide a bridge to cross for clients, through prime services and network of affiliations and strategic alliances within Indonesia and Singapore, so they can meet the statutory requirements regulated locally, whilst achieving their desired corporate objectives.

Putting the clients’ objectives within the context of the Corporate Social Responsibility regime serves as our primary guidance in providing our services to clients. In achieving those objectives, we strive to put the best team of value and when necessary, utilize our network of affiliations and strategic alliances to realize the clients’ desired outcomes.

Most of PSI’s professional staffs have more than few years experiences working with Big Firms such as: Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. They are all well trained to serve both multinational and local companies.

PSI has a total of 35 permanent employees, consisting 10 supporting staffs and 30 professional staffs. Our professional staffs consist of :
